all orders over the value of £250.00, we will ship these to a UK mainland address free of charge.

Q. Do you offer larger discounts?
A. We strive to offer our customers a quality product, with good service at the right price. We believe that the prices we offer are fair and have not been artificially 'inflated' so huge discounts can be offered. We offer a discount on quantity orders as we can bulk purchase items at a better price from our suppliers, it is this extra purchasing discount that we are happy to pass on to our customers. Unless specified, our brochures and website prices INCLUDE VAT

Q. We're a school/charity, would you give us a better price, or not charge VAT?
A. Unfortunately Customs and Excise are not so charitable therefore we cannot offer any more discount than indicated above. A school/charity organisation can claim the VAT back from Customs and Excise through your usual processes, we cannot do this on your behalf

Q. How do I order my trophies?
A. The easiest way is to e-mail your requirements. Just itemise the trophies with their part code, if the trophy has a figure state what figure you want, the same for tube colours or sporting centres and include the wording you want on the trophy plates. Please ensure your contact details are included - including a telephone number. If there is any thing we are not sure of we will contact you about it.

Q. Can you engrave on glass?
A. Yes no problem, we can even engrave your club logo or company crest or corporate logo, please call or email for details

Q. Can I have an estimate/quote?
A. We'll be pleased to supply either an estimate or a quote without obligation. Just e-mail, call or fax your requirements and we'll work out the price and e-mail,
call, or fax back. To provide a quote we will need to know exactly what we are to do with regard to engraving

Q. Do you have a minimum order value?
A. Yes. The minimum mail order value is £5.00

Q. How long does it take before I receive my order?
A. On average, we try and get orders out within 2 weeks. This always depends on what is required (10 medals on ribbons or 400 footballer trophies for example). If the order is small and quick to complete and we have the items in stock they will often go out the next day, or the same day if required. We will always try and accommodate very short lead times and do our best to get things to you when you need them, if we can't then we'll let you know.

Q. How much is the postage?
A. This depends on the weight of the order. There is a minimum £3.50 postage charge.
We also offer enhanced services (before noon, Saturday delivery, etc.) but there are surcharges for these options. If your order value is over £250.00 we will send it to a UK mainland address carriage free.

Q. When is your busy period?
A. Generally the busiest period is between April and July. This is the end of the winter season and the beginning of the presentation award evenings, Suppliers (and retailers) are stretched to a maximum and deliveries may be up to a week. (Usually our suppliers deliver within 2 days). Please allow extra time when placing orders in this period. The best advise we can offer is to place your orders as early as possible so that we can get the parts in and have time to get alternatives should parts be out of stock. Names for the trophies can always come later.

Q. Can you supply trophies with our club logo on them?
A. Yes. We can produce 1" (or 2") special acrylic domed centres that we will supply and fit on your trophies at no extra charge. Depending on the initial order volume there may be a one-off design origination charge. New designs will take about 2 weeks to manufacture, repeat motifs are usually delivered within a week.

Q. Do you supply trophies to the trade at trade prices?
A. We will be pleased to supply trophies to any client, however, as we are a retail business, we are unable to offer trophies at trade prices.

Q. Do you send trophies on credit?
A. Sorry, for mail orders we require payment before the goods are despatched. To make this easier, we are able to accept payment from most debit/credit cards - including Am Ex - plus cheque and BACS.
For Businesses/Schools/clubs etc. we can send you an invoice,
The goods will be despatched upon receipt of cheque or notification of payment.

However if you are one of our many existing customers, this will not be a problem and we will send or deliver the awards before we receive payment?

Q. Where are you based and do you have a showroom/shop we can visit?
A. We are situated at 135 singlwell road Gravesend kent just of the A2 We have a shop/showroom that you may visit at anytime where we have examples of most of the products we have on the website. Please see our opening times before you visit, also if you wish to see products that we may not have in the showroom please call us as we may be able to get these in for you to look at
