Our recent work for Charity Golf Days

Here at Gravesham Trophy Centre, we're privileged to advise, supply and engrave awards for many great events, many for very good charitable causes. Here's a look at 2 Golf Days specifically:

Abigail's Footsteps - Charity Golf Day 2023

Held at Rochester & Cobham Park Golf Club, this event was in aid of Abigail's Footsteps, supporting bereaved families, improving bereavement training for health care professionals, and providing vital equipment in every maternity unit.

After consulting with us, we recommended our Glass Oval Golf Trophies, accented with a green coloured base and detailed golf ball which is very popular amongst our customers looking for a special personalised golf trophy. The awards had ample room for us to etch the Abigail's logo, along with the event/title details and sponsor logos.

The event was a great success for the charity, and were kind enough to provide us with this feedback:

“We always have exceptional service from Gravesham Trophy Centre. They provide quality trophies each year for our charity Golf Day and beautiful memorial plaques for our Abi Cooling Cots which mean so much, often with little notice.”

Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex

The 2023 Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) Golf Day was held at Westerham Golf Club. The charity's headquarters and forward operating base is located at Rochester Airport, and in 2022 alone responded to over 3,200 incidents. They are an independent charity providing crucial life-saving support, and so being able to support this event and providing the best awards and service meant a lot to us.

For this event, we recommended our Jade Glass Plaques with a Half Golf Ball, paired with our detailed sandblast engraving of their logo and event wording.

It was a great honour to supply the awards, and the charity had some very kind words for us following the event:

"I just wanted to send a email and once again thank you for your kind donation of the trophies for our recent Golf day, the event was held on Monday and I am happy to say that we raised over 17k!"
